What is Traffic Ticket Buddy?
Traffic Ticket Buddy is a subscription service that connects you with experienced traffic attorneys when you get a ticket. We are not a law firm — we are a platform that matches you with licensed attorneys in Arizona who handle your ticket from start to finish.
How much does it cost?
Personal plans start at $14.99/mo for the Basic plan (1 ticket per year, Arizona coverage). The Pro plan is $24.99/mo with unlimited tickets, and the Family plan is $39.99/mo with 4 drivers included (up to 8 total). CDL plans start at $89.99/mo covering Arizona. You can cancel or change plans anytime.
What happens after I submit a ticket?
Once you submit a ticket through the member portal, we match you with a licensed traffic attorney in Arizona. The attorney takes over from there — they handle all court appearances and legal work. You can track the progress in real time through your portal.
Do I have to go to court?
No. The attorney we connect you with handles all court appearances on your behalf. You do not need to visit the courthouse or make any calls.
What is the 14-day waiting period?
New subscribers must wait 14 days after signing up before they can submit their first ticket. This waiting period helps us maintain quality service for all members and prevents misuse of the platform.
What counts as "one ticket"?
One traffic stop equals one ticket submission, regardless of how many violations were written during that stop. If you received multiple violations during a single stop, submit them all together as one ticket.
What does "rolling 12 months" mean on the Basic plan?
The Basic plan allows 1 ticket per rolling 12-month period starting from your signup date — not the calendar year. For example, if you signed up on March 15, your 12-month period runs from March 15 to March 14 of the following year.
What states are covered?
Traffic Ticket Buddy currently covers Arizona only. We plan to expand to additional states in the future. The Roamer add-on ($9.99/mo) and Nationwide add-on ($19.99/mo) are coming soon as we expand coverage. CDL plans currently cover Arizona.
Can I add drivers to my plan?
The Family plan includes 4 drivers in the base price. You can add up to 4 additional drivers at $10.00/mo each, for a maximum of 8 drivers total. Additional drivers are only available on the Family plan. All drivers must be located in Arizona.
What about DUI, reckless driving, or other serious violations?
Certain serious violations — including DUI, reckless driving, hit and run, driving on a suspended license, and vehicular assault — are not covered by your subscription but we do not simply reject them. We will connect you with a vetted attorney in Arizona who specializes in these cases. You contact the attorney directly and they handle the case at their normal rates.
Will my ticket definitely be dismissed?
We cannot guarantee any specific outcome. Attorneys work to get the best possible result for your situation, but outcomes depend on the specifics of your case, local laws, and court discretion. Traffic Ticket Buddy is not a guarantee of dismissal.
Is Traffic Ticket Buddy a law firm?
No. Traffic Ticket Buddy is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a technology platform that connects subscribers with independent, licensed attorneys. All legal work is handled by the attorneys directly.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through the member portal. Your coverage remains active through the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
